How to make burgers at home

Beef burger

the ingredients:

Half a kilogram of finely chopped meat.

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, ruschter sauce.

How to prepare:

Mix the onions, beef, caramel, paprika sauce and ruschter sauce in a bowl.
Add the black pepper, garlic powder, and salt and mix until the ingredients are homogeneous, then cover the mixture with a nylon bag, and put it in the refrigerator for about half an hour until it is firm.
Take the mixture out of the fridge, then pour it in a medium-size, then put it in a tray and set aside.
Heat the oil in a saucepan over the fire, then add the burgers and leave it for five minutes or until it becomes red.

Chicken burger

Two zucchini seeds, cut into small pieces, to taste.
Six teaspoons of ketchup.
A teaspoon of: salt, black pepper.
Half a teaspoon of onion powder, garlic powder.
Two teaspoons of vegetable oil.

How to prepare:

Mix zucchini, chicken, onion, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt, as well as the ketchup in the electric mixer.
Pour the mixture into a bowl, then put it in the refrigerator for half an hour or until it is firm.
Take the mixture out of the fridge, then mix it into medium balls, then set it aside.
Heat oil in a skillet over a fire, then add burgers and leave for five minutes or fry.

Lentil burger

the ingredients:

Two hundred grams of brown mashed lentils.
Finely chopped onion.
2 garlic cloves, crushed.
Four teaspoons of finely chopped parsley.
Grated carrot.
A quarter cup of crushed parsley or it can be replaced with oats.
Pinch of: chili, hot paprika, cumin, and black pepper.
Half a tablespoon of salt or, as needed.
Eight teaspoons of vegetable oil.
Half a cup of white flour.

How to prepare:

Heat half of the oil in a large skillet over the fire, then add half of the salt, and onion, and stir them.
Add the carrots, garlic and stir for five minutes or until the carrots wilt.
Add the lentils, cumin, paprika, parsley, black pepper, and carrot, and saute.
Leave the mixture on low heat for five minutes or until tender.
We remove the mixture from the heat, let it cool down, and then form it in the form of medium-sized balls.
Cover the burger balls with flour, then put them in the fridge for an hour or until they stick.
Heat the remaining amount of oil in a saucepan over the fire, then add the burgers and leave them for five minutes or until they are brown.
