How to prepare cupcakes with chocolate
We put the cupcake paper cups in the cupcake tray.
We start making the cake mixture by sifting the flour, baking soda and salt into a bowl.
We put sugar and butter in another bowl, then with an electric mixer, whisk well until we have a soft creamy dough.
Add the vanilla and continue to whisk, then add eggs gradually and follow the whisk.
Add concentrated milk, melted chocolate, and whisk.
Gradually add the sifted flour mixture and continue to whisk at medium speed until the ingredients are mixed well.
We distribute the cake mixture in the cups of cake so that we cover two-thirds of the mold.
Preheat the oven to a medium temperature, then put the cupcake into the oven for baking for twenty-five minutes or until it is tender.
Take the cupcake out of the oven, then set it aside to cool completely.
In the meantime, we prepare the vanilla cover with the cream, put the sugar, butter, and vanilla in a bowl, then whisk them with the electric mixer.
Gradually add the cream and continue to whisk until soft and brittle cream has formed.
Now we prepare the chocolate cover by placing the covering ingredients in a bowl except for the cream and mixing them with a manual net putter, then add the cream box with the stirring until the cream is held together.
We divide the cupcake into two parts, then decorate the first section with a vanilla cover and the second section with a chocolate cover then serve.
