Vegetarian Lazy Cake (without butter)


Four hundred and twenty-five grams of plain tea biscuit, or oat biscuit.
A quarter cup of chopped peanuts, roughly chopped.
Ten grains of dried apricots.
A cup of coconut milk.
Two hundred grams of melted black chocolate.

How to prepare

Soak the apricots in cold water for an hour, then finely chop them.
